Q. How do I place an order?

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Usually within 24 hours.
Q. Can you customise my appliances?
A. Yes. We have a dedicated cutting team who can customise to individual templates ….and sizes.
Q. How are my goods delivered?
A. Our in house drivers will deliver to you in our unmarked company vehicles.
Q. Can I order samples from you?
A. Yes we can arrange for complimentary samples on most items, which we can … ….deliver to your door.
Q. What if I am out when you deliver?
A. If you know you are going to be out you can give us prior authorisation to leave your parcel at an alternative address or another safe place such as a porch or shed. A note will be posted through your door notifying you of where your delivery has been left. Alternatively if you are out you can call our care line to arrange another delivery day.
