Should you be registered with us, all you need to do is either ring our team on the freephone number or if you require a repeat order then you can place your order online through our new online ordering form. We will then request your prescription for you and once we have that we will deliver your order.

If you are not currently registered with us, all you need to do is ring our freephone number where our team will set you up so that we can deliver your order directly to your door.

Once we have receipt of your prescription from your GP it normally takes within 5 workings days for you to receive your order. Additionally, if you obtain your prescriptions through either a Bladder and Bowel Service or The Appliance Prescription Service, we aim to customise and deliver your supplies within two working days.

Yes, we can liaise with your GP on your behalf and they will send through your prescription either in the post of via the Electronic Prescription Service. If you have had a letter from your GP to say your stoma supplies are now being prescribed by your local continence and stoma prescribing service, then they would like you to contact them direct. We can then deliver your product after they have passed the prescription to us. Below are some useful numbers for continence and stoma prescribing services:

We can leave the delivery at an alternative address or specific location, just let us know when you are placing your order. Alternatively, if you would prefer, you can arrange to visit us at our offices to collect your order.

Yes, with prior arrangement from your GP you can arrange for them to fax us a copy of the prescription. If this is before 11am we can deliver that afternoon for stocked item.

Yes, we can cut the pouches to your individual sizes as long as we have a template from your nurse or yourself. We offer both hand cut and machine cut pouches.

Upon first order, we provide you with a complimentary Brunlea toiletry bag along with useful information to ease you through the transition and will be helpful for future orders. You will also receive dry wipes and scented disposable bags with every order of pouches.

As we are an independent Dispensing Appliance Contractor we are not connected to any supplier, therefore all leading manufacturers of Ostomy and Continence products are available through our service on prescription.
