I am a patient who has been ordering my stoma supplies from Brunlea for the past two years and I would like to say how excellent the service is they provide for patients. I receive my order promptly, and usually before the time they give me. The driver also left my securely packaged order in a safe place when I was not in so I did not miss my order of supplies. All the staff who I have dealt with are really friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble! Thank you for all your help and making everything so easy!

I have been a customer for many years at Brunlea Surgical that started by a prescription mistake, however a mistake that I have never looked back on! The staff are so friendly on the phone, I give them the order and they do the rest faxing my medical centre with my order for the prescription. They also cut my appliances to size to exactly how I need them at no extra cost and give me a delivery date while on the phone. Then John, their cheerful driver, arrives in a non-marked van a few days later, well done and thank you Brunlea!

I have used Brunlea as my ostomy delivery service since my ileostomy surgery 8 years ago. The team are independent and work directly with my stoma nurse. They are local to me. More importantly, I feel like they know me as a person. I’ve met some of their team at stoma days, and they are always interested in getting to know and talking to their customers. I work full time so my delivery driver knows to leave my deliveries in my agreed safe place! Because they are independent I can swap and change products with my stoma nurse’s agreement. I don’t have to worry about it being stocked and I feel I get full support from Brunlea. In 8 years I haven’t had a problem with any delivery and if there is anything I need or a query I just ring up and speak to their team who sort it promptly. I even often arrange a delivery to be made when I arrive back from holiday, which always arrives on time. I will not change from Brunlea as I have no reason to because they offer such great customer service. Thank you to Brunlea who have been a big part of the services who made my life as an ostomate that bit more ordinary.
