Prescription Service
Here at Brunlea we offer a prescription request service for all our patients, making the process hassle free and easy for you. All you have to do is call our office on the free phone number to place your order and we will then liaise with your Doctors surgery to arrange for them to forward a prescription straight to us in our freepost envelopes.
We also accept electronic prescriptions and once we have you nominated as your supplier, we can normally make the delivery within 24-48 hours of receipt of the prescription. Ask one of our team if you require more information about this service.
As a result, you will not need to order through your Doctor nor will you have to travel to your surgery to collect the prescription, making it all a little easier for everyone – especially housebound and elderly patients.
We can take care of the whole process from point of order to delivery and our aim is to make it as easy as 1, 2, 3:
- Place your order with one of our team/selected continence service
- We apply for the prescription for you
- Once we have receipt of the prescription, we deliver direct to your door
